It’s been awhile since my last post! I’ve been incredibly busy assisting photographers on weddings, photographing chocolate fallen cakes, and working on images for Macaron Sweeterie in Lexington, MA. Small, colorful, and flavorful, macarons are so much fun to work with. They can be placed on any sort of plate, board, or fabric and look amazing. The most challenging part of this photo shoot was deciding what props to use! (So many fun choices! What a great dilemma to have!)
If you are anywhere near Lexington, MA, please stop by and say hi to Sella at Macaron Sweeterie. Her shop has the best selection of French macarons in the area, offering over a dozen flavors. They’re delicious – trust me! I photographed the macarons for a new subscription club service Sella is starting soon. She’ll be offering 6, 12, and 24 count boxes in 3, 6, 9, or 12 month subscriptions.
Macarons also make great gifts. While meeting with Sella, a couple stopped in to inquire about ordering macarons as favors for their wedding guests. How fun!
Speaking of weddings, I’ll have another post soon about a few weddings I recently assisted on. (Thanks Maureen Cotton and Kerri Nelson of 1026 Photography for asking me to assist them!) I’ll also have some delicious images of chocolate fallen cakes soon.
